How to make mutton shami kebab



 Hello everyone and welcome back,


                                                             Today I am back with a non-veg recipe that is mutton shami kabeb 

This will really tasty  u will really love it .

And need not waste more time and let's jump into the recipe .

INGREDIENTS 

1.mutton ½kg

2.onion (roughly chopped )

3.green chilly (2no)

4.garlic (4pods)

5.ginger(one inch)

6.chilly powder (one tbsp)

7.turmeric powder(¼tsp)

8.corinder powder(1tbsp)

9.garam masala powder(½tsp)

10. Salt (as required )

11.oil for deeping frying or shallow fry 


METHOD

STEP:1:in a grinder add the roughly chopped onion 

STEP:2:after adding onion add two green chilly
STEP:3:alone with chilly add 3 pods of garlic 
STEP:4:add one inch of peeled ginger
STEP:5:grind it well 
STEP:6:in a bowl add the grounded mixture and minced mutton
STEP:7:add ¼ tsp of turmeric powder 
STEP:8:add 1 tbsp of chilly powder 
STEP:9: add salt as required 
STEP:10: add cornices powder
STEP:11:add ½ tsp of pepper powdet


NOW MIX EVERYTHING 

STEP:12: in ur hand apply some oil to not stick 
STEP:13:take small ball size and make it into a patty like shape



NOW OUR KEBAB ARE READY 
👉U CAN SHALLOW FRY 
(OR )
👉DEEP FRY IT 

U CAN ALSO USE GRILL PAN IF U HAVE 

Today I am going to deep fry the patties 

STEP:14: after the oil gets heated up drop the patty slowly 

Enjoy this kebab with mint chutney or mayonnaise 
U can also use this kebab as patty and set it like a burger
