How to make potato cutlet

 Hello everyone and welcome back , 


I am back with another recipe that potato cutlet . This cutlet can be used as patty for burger and it is stuffed all variety vegetable but today I made it using potato ,onion and green chilly 

Need not waste more time let's jump into the recipe 

POTATO CUTLET 

Ingredients 
medium size potato mashed :3no
Finely chopped onion :1 no
Green chilly :2no
Red chilly powder: 1tbsp
Turmeric:¼tsp
Coriander powder:1tbsp
Pepper powder: 1tsp
Salt:as required 
Curry leaves : 5no
Cornflour:¼cup
Maida:¼cup
Red chilly flakes :1tsp
Cornflour/ bread crumbs :1 cup 
Water:if needed
Oil:for deep frying or shallow fry


Method
Step:1 take a pan and add 1 tbsp of oil
Step:2 after heating the oil ,add chopped onion mix it well 
Step:3 mix it well and add chopped green chilly 
Step:4 mix it well and add Curry leaves 
Step:5 mix it well and add any vegetable of ur choice  and add water 

Step:6 add red chilly powder 
Step:7 add turmeric powder 
Step:8  add coriander powder
Step:9 mix it well 

Step :10 add boiled mashed potato 
Step:11 mix everything well 

LET IT DRY 

Step:12 in a plate add crushed cornflakes

Step:13 take another plate and maida and Cornflour
Step:14 add pepper powder
Step:15 add salt 
Step:16 add red chilly flakes if u have
Step:17 gradually add water and make into a coating paste
Step:18 now both the outer coating and inner coating is ready 
Step:19 take a ball size of mixture and make into a shape of ur choice 
Step:20 take the mixture and coat it in the batter
Step:21 directly coat it in cornflakes


Now our cutlet are ready to swim in the oil

👉 u can shallow fry or deep fry the cutlet but today I am doing shallow fry

Step : 22 add enough oil for shallow frying the cutlet 
Step:23 after the oil get heated add the cutlet slowly 
Step:24 flip it off after 1 minute 




Ur tasty delicious 😋 potato cutlet is ready to serve 
Enjoy with tomato ketchup and mayo in the side
