How to make a basic choco lava mug cake

 Hi everyone and welcome   back  

                                                            I am back and sorry for not posting anything in my blog because I have came for a vacation to my granny's house . I will try to post blog in further. 

 Today we are going to see a gud pastry and things which ate in home during tjis pandemic, that is choco lava mug cake .

Need not waste our time and let's jump into the recipe.

                                               Ingredients 

Parle-g biscuits (12biscuit)

Powder sugar(according to sweet)

Baking powder(¼ tsp)

Baking soda(1 pinch)

A mug 

Vanilla extract (optional 2 drop)

Milk(50ml)

METHOD:

Step :1 take parle-g biscuits into a grinder 

Step:2grind it to fine powder and add it to a bowl

Step:3 add it to a bowl

Step:4 into the bowl add 1 tbsp of cocoa powder 

Step:5 add powder sugar according to ur sweet 

Step:6 add Baking powder 

Step:7 add Baking soda 

Step:8 add  2 drop of vanilla extract 

Step:9 add milk and mix it well slowly 

Step:10 mix it well ,don't over mix 

Step 11 transfer this batter into a mug 

 Step: 12: keep the mug in the oven and set timer for 1 minute

 

Enjoy ur pastry ,garish it with powder sugar on the top
